| Message | lack of addressing you so). You have what's called "a high quality problem"...too much power and not enough traction. I don't know what you use your car for, but if you don't mind sacrificing a little handling (and only a little when they are fully inflated), you may want to mount the Nitto 18" drag radials in the rear. They are pretty sticky and last for a while (I've used about 10 sets and averaged approx. 20K on them, with some drag racing). Your racelogic tracion control should really allow you to maintain traction when standing on the throttle , that's really what it's made for (as well as a launch feature for the drag strip). The Sunoco 94 octane is an excellent fuel, and it seems like 17 psi would be reasonable, given your upgrades, with the assumption that it is not running lean (that's where the AFC would come in handy...in fact you could just locate someone with a wideband o2 and get a fuel curve, you may not need to adjust your fuel curve). It should feel like a bullet at 17 psi. I'd junk the turbo upgrade idea and get used to driving your car at higher boost, when the situation warrants. The HP difference from 12 psi to 17 psi is probably about 60 ponies. It's also in the efficient (the upper end) range of the turbos (ie. minimal excess heat as a result of turning the boost up). There are some guys on the West Coast running 120+ MPH in the 1/4 mile with stock turbos, and about 19 psi, that's pushing it, but I haven't seen any damage on short runs with that boost level. BTW, there is no such thing as "too fast" (j/k). If there is any info you think I can help you with (even though I make most of this stuff up), please feel free to E-mail me. Take car, and be safe, Mark
